Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please email us with photos of the damage so we can address the issue promptly.
Final Appearance: Since all our products are custom-made according to the proofs you approved prior to production, we generally consider these sales to be final. Your approval of the design mock-up is an integral part of our creative process.
Quality Issues: We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you notice any quality issues with your item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Other Concerns: For any other issues with your order, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Process
