If you’ve made a custom request, we’ll gather all the necessary information to prepare your final quote (if applicable) and confirm expected timelines.
For all custom orders, you’ll receive a detailed mock-up for your approval before we begin production. This ensures your vision aligns perfectly with what we’re creating for you.
Once you’ve given us the green light on your design, we’ll begin crafting your order and send you an email with tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey to your doorstep.
What if I'm unhappy with my order?
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we address concerns on a case-by-case basis.
If your item arrives damaged from shipping, we’ll replace it right away.
Regarding the final appearance, please note that all our products are custom-made according to the proofs you approved prior to production. In certain situations, we may request that you return the item so we can better understand and address the issue. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at everythingbykathleen@gmail.com, describing the problems you’re experiencing, what you expected, and what resolution would make you happy.

I want to give a unique, custom gift. How much time should I allow?

During particularly busy seasons, we’ll post notices on our homepage to help you plan accordingly for any additional processing time that may be required.
